Scolari's Food Truck
In 2012 the first extension of Scolari’s arrived in the form of a vintage 1964 Airstream camper trailer that was converted to a food truck.
In August of 2022 we retired the ‘Ol Gal and replaced her with a brand new state of the art Food Truck.
It serves up the same delicious food that the Airstream and Scolari’s Park Street does as well as inventive new specials!
